Welcome to the Turkish Community for Extracellular Vesicles (TURSEV)!

We founded this community in 2023 after recognizing a lack of centralized infrastructure to support the rapidly accelerating field of extracellular vesicle (EV) research across Turkish institutions. Our mission is to advance SEV science by building connections, providing resources, and driving progress.

Our vision is for Turkey to lead globally in unlocking how EVs communicate signals influencing health and disease. We aim to catalyze advances by uniting dedicated academic researchers across disciplines to collaborate.

If you are an academic researcher or clinical scientist studying the basic biology or translational applications of SEVs, consider getting involved with TURSEV! Together, we can define best practices for EV isolation and characterization, mentor future innovators, and accelerate discoveries that better human lives.

Why TURSEV?

The Turkish Community for research on Extracellular Vesicles (TURSEV) was founded to advance extracellular vesicle (EV) science by cultivating connections amongst Turkish scientists working in this high-potential field.

As a researcher working EVs, joining TURSEV supports progress that could reshape diagnostics and therapies for patients. Together, we aim to:

· Establish best practices for standardized EV characterization
· Offer mentorship and training to develop rising talent
· Foster collaborations to tackle unsolved questions
